What is Eunoia Box?
Eunoia Box is a faith-inspired luxury handbag brand founded by Falon Timmons. The name "Eunoia" means beautiful thinking — a reflection of our mission to encourage women (and all who encounter them) to think beautifully, walk confidently, and affirm their identity every single day.
What is the I AM Collection?
The I AM Collection is our signature line of luxury handbags, each embossed with a powerful "I AM" affirmation rooted in faith. What makes them truly unique is our interchangeable flap system — each bag comes with a removable flap so you can swap your affirmation daily. One day wear I AM Chosen, the next I AM Evolving, the next I AM Worthy. Your bag stays the same. Your declaration grows with you.
Ordering & Pre-Orders
Are these items available for immediate shipping?
All I AM Collection handbags are currently available for pre-order only. We are in our launch phase and want to ensure every order is fulfilled with the highest quality packaging and care. Pre-orders will ship within 60 days of your purchase date.
How do I place a pre-order?
Simply browse the I AM Collection, select your desired handbag, choose your size and color, and add it to your cart. Complete checkout securely — your order will be confirmed and fulfilled within 60 days.
Will I be notified when my order ships?
Yes! You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Venmo.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Once your pre-order period is complete, standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days within the United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Eunoia Box purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@eunoiabox.com with your order number and reason for return.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes! We are happy to exchange items for a different style or color within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Are any items non-returnable?
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
